This is a fun dessert that will perfect for tomorrow, St. Patrick’s Day.  Imagine how surprised the kids will be when you set this on the table for a Tuesday night dessert.  It would even be fun to start a tradition by serving this each St. Patrick’s Day.  My husband would think I was nuts by doing that because he is not big on traditions, but I think it would be fun.  I don’t have children, but if I did, I would like to think that I would do special things like this from time to time.   It’s one of the things that I miss about by not having children.
