Limited Cooking Today
This morning I fixed my famous breakfast burritos for breakfast. I added mushrooms and bologna to mine. My hubby didn’t want bologna on his. I like it that way. The burritos have scrambled eggs, bacon, cheese, mushrooms and bologna. I love the burritos.
I also fixed the Triple Chocolate Cherry Bars that I posted on this blog last month. I took those to my in-laws house. Everyone seemed to like them. They are very easy to make. You do not even need a mixer. It is all mixed by hand, which is surprising. I found a pit in one of the cherries that I ate. I hope I’m the only one that finds one of those. I would hate for someone to break a tooth.
My in-laws took us out for lunch. We went to a restaurant that they really like near their house. The food was excellent. I had the Outlaw burger. It had cheese, bacon and barbecue sauce on it. The barbecue sauce was very good. The french fries had a seasoning on it that I really liked, but I do not know what it was. It was very different and good. I thought it might have a little taste of onion. My husband thought it had kind of a sweet taste to it. I guess we will never know.
It was a nice day with limited cooking on my part. Tomorrow, I think I’m going to grill salmon and saute some asparagus. It is time to start eating healthier
